How do I place an order?

Ordering at apples.ae is easy. Just select the items you want to shop add to your cart enter your shipping address and select the payment method and make the payment accordingly. We are happy to deliver your order at your doorstep.  If you need any assistance give us a call.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

How will I know if the order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email from sales@apples.ae This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

Our order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your order details. Again, after your order is dispatched we send an email with your tracking details. Please check your mail for the status of your order, if you don’t see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order, you will receive an acknowledgement from our end.

I made a mistake while placing my order. What now?

If you place an order by mistake or order the wrong product, don’t worry. Just call +971 56 410 3124 and someone from our team will help you out. Our customer service team works from 9:00 AM –  1:30 PM & 4:30 PM to  8:00 PM Saturday to Thursday.

I am a Wholesaler. Can I place a bulk order for an item(s )?

To place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@applesbags.com or call us or Whatsapp us on +971 56 410 3124 with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Registration to apples.ae is simple and fast:

  1. Click on the Login/Register link at the top right bar on the website.
  2. If you don’t have an account on our website click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT and complete the required fields.

 

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately no, however, you can simply place another order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Cash on Delivery & Credit/Debit Card Payments.

Do you charge for VAT?

Yes, we charge VAT on all single products individually.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all of UAE.

How do I change my password?

Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. It’s easy to change your account password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to “My Account”. Enter your new password and save.

I don’t remember my account password. What do I do?

Everyone’s been in this situation at some point. To reset your password, click on “Log In” on the top right and then “Forgot Password”. Our system will automatically reset your password and send it to your registered email. Come back to the site, log in using the new password and change it to something you can remember. (See “How do I change my password ? )

What is a promo voucher?

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo vouchers. It is a simple code that can be applied to get discounts in the shopping cart.

What is the minimum order value for the application of promo vouchers?

Different promo vouchers apply to different minimum order value. To know the minimum order value please check the email or voucher card you received.

What products can I purchase with the promo vouchers?

To give you the best deals around, we issue some special vouchers which would apply to one or more categories. The terms & conditions would be specified on the voucher itself.

Can I use a voucher more than once?

Generally, vouchers can be used only once but then special vouchers issued can be used more than once. Your voucher email would have the details of how to use the voucher.

Is there a validity date for the promo voucher?

Every voucher has its validity date which would be mentioned in the email or the voucher card that you received.

How do I use a promo voucher?

Select the products you want to shop and add to your cart. Paste the voucher code in the ‘Promo Code’ box and click on the ‘Apply ‘ button. Now check the Final Order Amount! ”

Why doesn’t my promo voucher work?

  • Please check if your order value is more than the minimum order value stipulated for the voucher.
  • Please check that the code you are using is still valid and not out of date. The validity would be mentioned in the email you received.
  • Please also check if the voucher is especially meant for application on a particular category.

I tried everything still voucher doesn’t seem to work.

Is my Promo voucher amount refundable?

Unfortunately not. Promo voucher amount can neither be refunded nor redeemed for cash.
